[Product Source] A blue pigment obtained by extracting yellow pigment from the fruit of the scorpion plant scorpion.The main component is a compound in which genipin is combined with an amino acid.

[Features] Powdered gardenia blue is blue in color, and the aqueous solution is bright blue, almost odorless and tasteless. Soluble in water, aqueous ethanol and Aqueous propylene glycol. Heat resistant, weak moisture absorption. This product has strong staining power for protein.
