[Product description] Purple sweet potato pigment is prepared by washing, pulverizing, soaking, filtering, concentrating and spraying powder of fresh purple sweet potato rhizome.Apowdery product of purple to purple black, the main component is anthocyanin.
[Features] Stable color development under acidic conditions. Red, fuchsia, ruby red, pink, and various tones can be easily modulated.
